Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier.

Simply browse our on-line Mazda Genuine Parts shop and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept most major credit & debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship

When confirmation is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping Charges All prices shown in each cataloge exclude all shipping costs. Additional shipping charges will be applied to all areas outside the United Kingdom.

NON UK RESIDENTS MUST CONTACT US FIRST TO CONFIRM SHIPPING COSTS PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER

Delivery Schedule Items from stock are normally shipped the same day with orders received before 12.30pm, (Monday to Friday). Stock orders received on Saturdays are processed for shipping the following Monday.

Non stock items will be shipped the following day with orders received before 3.30pm. (Monday to Friday). Non stock orders received on Saturdays are processed for shiipping the following Tuesday.

Back Orders We endeavour to inform you of a back order situation as soon as possible. A back ordered item is one that our suppliers, Mazda Motors UK Ltd, are temporarily unable to supply. We normally receive such back ordered items within 2-3 working days

You will NOT be charged for back ordered items until they are in stock and available for shipping

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Your credit card details are then decrypted and only visible when they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
